About the Paris Blockchain Week ‘2022 (13th-14th April)
Paris Blockchain Week is one of the biggest Blockchain conferences & Digital Assets events in Europe. Held in the City of Lights over two days, the event is graced every year by some of the most influential leaders and players in the blockchain ecosystem.
This year, some of the speakers included CZ , the founder of Binance, Sam Bankman-Fried, the founder of FTX, CEO of Ripple, Brad Garlinghouse , Raj Gokal, the co-founder of Solana and a galaxy of other speakers that also included our co-founder Zhen Yong.
Web3Auth debuts at the Paris Blockchain Week Summit(PBWS)
The event marked Web3Auth’s first participation at the PBWS and the team including co-founder and CEO were present at the event showcasing the state of the art private key management infrastructure. The event was preceded by the announcement of the Auth Network a day prior. You can read the full announcement here.
And the Coolest Swag Award Goes to…
The team came up with an unusual way to demonstrate how its unique self-custodial key management infrastructure works — at the end of which the visitor received one of our cool swags which turned out to be a hit at the event

And Then Everyone Partied….
At the end of the first day, a special party was hosted at Pigalle’s iconic Elysée Montmartre. Not surprisingly, the members of the community got to see a completely different side of each other from what they had seen earlier from the event. The Web3Auth team got together with other members for a memorable night in Paris as everyone geared for day two of the event.
Day 2: We hosted a Pizza Party!
On the second day, we got a bunch of fresh hot pizzas from across the street and hosted a Pizza Party at our booth and as you would expect, we saw quite a crowd at the booth who may have come over for a slice or two but ended up learning a thing or two about our unique onboarding solution for dApps and wallets.
Conclusion
A wide range of ecosystem players from DeFi, Gaming, Security, Infrastructure were present at the event and while some were aware and had already integrated our pluggable SDK with their dApp/wallet, a whole lot of players were acquainted with our Private Key Management infrastructure for the first time. And all of this happened over Pizza and cool swags!
